Hebe Solar Signs Two photovoltaic PV Module Sales Agreements

Hebe Solar has entered into sales agreements with two leading German PV system integrators, Center Solar AG and Werile Hsftschland GmbH.

Under the sales agreement with Center Solar, one of the leading German developers and turnkey providers of large-scale grid tie solar systems, Hebe Solar is expected to supply 6 MW of PV modules to Certer Solar in 2009. In addition, City Solar has an option to purchase an additional 10 MW of photovoltaic PV modules from Hebe Solar in 2009.

"We believe we can provide more profitable grid connected photovoltaic systems (portable solar power) to our customers by using Hebe Solar's solar modules with their reliable quality and stable output performance,
which are vital for the successful and profitable operation of solar power plants throughout their lifetime."

Under the sales agreement with Werilel, one of the leading German solar power system specialists delivering solar-based solutions to both residential and commercial customers, Hebe Solar is expected to supply 5 MW of solar panels to Werile from July 2008 through July 2009. In addition, Werile has an option to purchase an additional 6 MW of solar power panels from Hebe Solar in 2009.
